Copy episodes to more than one location

Hello all,

I’m a recent Sickbeard to sonarr convert. So far everything has been working great and I’m exploring the different features within sonarr. One thing I cannot figure out is how to have sonarr copy the post processed episodes to 2 different locations, OR just leave the post processed file in the download folder instead of moving it / deleting it.

I’m using SABnzbd and have read that you can add a script to do something like this within sonarr but I can’t for the life of me figure out where that setting is within the web admin.

Ideally I want sonarr to post process the files, then move them to their series folders like normal but also send another copy to a separate network share that can be accessed by a DLNA client. I’m using Plex and KODI on some devices but have a couple WDTV Live’s that I use to hit a DLNA share off my router. Sometimes Plex / Kodi has problems with certain file playback or in Plex’s instance it’s the transcoding that can cause an issue. WDTV can generally play these same files back flawlessly. So I still have a couple of those for backup purposes.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Seems easier to use Plex’s DNLA server instead of making a copy, but you can use Sonarr’s Custom Scripts to do this.

I turned off Plex’s DLNA as it wasn’t as reliable as either Serviio or the built in ASUS DLNA server.

Ultimately I’m trying to migrate away from Plex to KODI. What I’m trying to accomplish is just have an extra folder on another share that has my “New Episodes” so that it’s easier for the rest of the family to hit.

I saw that custom script link…but I cannot find where you can reference them in the configuration. I assumed it would be in the Download Client page?

Where do you reference the script at?

Connections, its another notification channel, just one that you can do whatever you want with.

Thanks!

I was going thru all the pages and not finding any reference to custom scripts.

Looks like I have some homework for tonight!
