Continuing the discussion from Sonarr not moving completed files downloaded via Torrent :
The original post was closed, but issue is still there .
I’m also new to Sonarr.I have the same issue for Transmission in combination with Sabnzbd.Sabnzbd downloads TV shows to /volume/NZBs/complete/tv and Transmission to to /volume/Torrents/tv (were tv is the category set in Sonarr for Transmission)
Als usenet downloads are moved to the corresponding Series folder. But when an episode was downloaded by Transmission it stays in the “/volume/Torrents/tv” folder.
Does someone know a solution for this?
Thanks in advance,
Saidou
You’ll need to check the log files to see why and they must show up in Sonarr’s queue, if they don’t your category may be set wrong, since Transmission doesn’t support proper labels (except on OS X) the path is used to specify the category, so setting it to “tv” in Sonarr should work.
Tried everything but can’t figure it out.
Here are my log files:

Did another test on my Synology DS412+ with epidode 13 of Aquarius (S01E13).
I think eveything is in “nzbdrone.1.txt”
Maybe someone can see what’s going wrong?
Thanks in advance!
Your logs show what I would expect (with hardlinking disabled).

The file was copied because the the torrent is still seeding. https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/FAQ#seeding-torrents-arent-deleted-automatically

Thank for the reply.
I’m such a fool!!
I hadn’t put the slider to Yes under “Completed Download Handling” as stated in the FAQ you referred to.
Seeding torrents aren’t deleted automatically
When a torrent is still seeding Sonarr will either Copy or Hardlink the files to your library (depending on your Sonarr settings and disk configuration), when the torrent finishes seeding in your client (hits a seed ratio set in your client)
Sonarr can remove the torrent from your client and ask it to delete the previously seeding files on disk, this will happen automatically if the Remove option is enabled under Completed Download Handling options.
Thank you!
