Sonarr version (4.0.10.2544):

Debug logs:
Sonarr keeps creating unknown.jpg files. Some of the dates are 2023 and few are 2024. I thought this was resolved on this version, but maybe I’m missing something. I tried to delete them manually over and over, but they keep coming back. Any ideas?:

What do the trace logs show?
I have not seen any unknown.jpg file created since May of 2023 when this issue was originally introduced.

I just turned on Trace logs, but I am not sure if I have to wait for it to re-scan. I’ve attached an image, but check out the date of creation. That file was deleted a few days ago, and it’s not just that directory, it is all of them. I did however search the log 2024.11.26-23.06.txt created a few minutes ago, but I see nothing in regards to the filename unknown.jpg. I also have this issue with Radarr. I thought maybe it was Kodi creating these files, but I can’t find any add-on that does that. I am lost as to why this is happening so often.
