Description of issue: Sonarr is apparently unable to update media covers when VPN is connected (error contacting TVDB). It works when I disable my VPN (AirVPN, Eddie 2.12.4 -OR- 2.16.1, Network Lock enabled), and weirdly Sonarr is still able to add new shows and update episodes with the VPN active. It seems to be just media covers that are not updating.
Looks like TheTVDB isn’t responding to the request and it’s timing out, could be they are not allowing the VPN IP to connect. There isn’t anything we can do on our end though.
I have a similar problem when I connect to PureVPN wheere sonarr media servers are not updated and as soon as I disconnect it updates them automatically. I contacted PureVPN support team and they were unable to solve my issue. Can anyone help me here ?
