Completed downloads not copying

Sonarr version 2.0.0.5054:
OS: Win10

I have recently switched to Deluge as my torrent download client and Torrentleech as the indexer. Completed download handling is enabled. The download folder is on my media PC (Win10) and the series folders are on a NAS. I thought that Sonarr copied completed downloads to series folders while they are still seeding, but that appears not to be the case in my setup. I currently have 7 downloads 100% downloaded but still seeding, showing as 100% in Sonarr, but still as active downloads and not yet copied to the NAS.

I’d be grateful for clarification that they should have been copied and any pointers as to why mine haven’t been.

What does Sonarr show for the status in Activity: Queue?
What do the ((debug logs)) for those downloads show?

Thanks for your reply.

They are showing as downloaded in Sonarr with time left 00:00:00. The status in Deluge is Seeding 100.00%

I didn’t have debug logging enabled when I noticed this problem today, and no files have been added to the queue and downloaded since I enabled it. I posted the Info log to https://codeshare.io/5QgxBq.

I’ll post a debug log when I’ve got one.

On Activity: Queue, hover over the icon on the left to see a status of the download.

I’ve read the status details now. They are all showing as downloaded in Activity: Queue, but Sonarr says the files are all samples, not full episodes. Looking in the download folder I can see the full episodes are there as well, but still as rar files. I have a debug log now at https://codeshare.io/5zPK47.

UPDATE: I hadn’t enabled the extractor in Deluge, so I guess that Sonarr correctly gets the downloaded status but can’t find a file to post process. I have recently switched from uTorrent because it was unreliable, but it did extract after downloading by default.
