Completed Download processing not happening even Manual Import

Completed files download has not been happening for sometime - thats something to do with the permission issues of the new files / folders created by NZBget or Transmission (for which also I’ve been trying to find a solution for ages but just keep running the chown command).

I was previously after running the above command able to click manual import then import automatically and it was picking up all the episodes but its stopped doing that now and I’m having to do it manually completely.

Please advise.
