Completed download handling not working with Sonarr on a Synology and uTorrent on Windows 7

Hi, I’m hoping someone can please help me with the problem I’m having. I have Sonarr installed on a Synology DS1513+, using uTorrent on a Windows 7 machine to handle downloads, and I can’t get completed download handling to work for the life of me.

On the Synology, I have a folder to temporarily store downloads for processing - \volume1\torrents. This is accessed as \\nas\torrents by uTorrent. This directory, as well as the permanent storage location on the Synology, are set to let the guest account have R/W permission, so AFAIK, there shouldn’t be a permission issue. I set up a remote path mapping for these folders.

When a download completes in uTorrent, the handling won’t work. Here is an example of the error I’m getting - No files found are eligible for import in /volume1/torrents/Ash.vs.Evil.Dead.S01E10.WEBRip.x264-FUM[ettv]

Looks like the remote path mapping is correct, but it does look like a permissions issue. Does the user running Sonarr have access to the mounted share?
