Completed download handling not function as expected

Description of issue:

I am having an issue with Sonnar not importing downloads after they have been downloaded. Let me describe my setup. I have Sonnar and Utorrent, Plex running on the same server. Utorrent has the labels set up correctly, it automatically creates the folder for each episode and moves them into that folder. However once they are finished downloading they are not being imported or renamed. Now I will note that the utorrent folders are hosted on another machine. (I want to keep my torrents isolated from my server in case of any infections) so I have the directories set up like this: \remotehost\Unfinished torrents, \remotehost\completed torrents. I have labels enabled and the completed downloads are being moved to \remotehost\completedtorrents\Sonar TV Shows. I am not really sure whats wrong. the logs are full of errors saying that the import failed.

Have you read the FAQ entry on remote shares? It’s likely the user running Sonarr doesn’t have access. Instead of running as a service you may need to run it via the startup folder.

I was able to resolve the issue. I still have it running as a service, however I ran it as the user account instead of the SYSTEM account. the handling seems to be working as expected now.
