Hello, i try to use sonarr with tranmission, my episode are correctly added but at the end of the download, the episodes are not copying (no hard link).
could you help me ?

That looks like a permissions problem, make sure the user running Sonarr has access to that folder.

Looks like that series isn’t in Sonarr so it can’t import it.

thx for your reply, il try to set all permission (777), i clear my directories and i enable “Create empty series folders”. but the folder do not create. i think that the problem it’s same.
i watch the log, but i don’t understand the problem.

I found for Serie folder, if the basic folder is empty sonarr no create the serie folder (WTF!!!)
but for my initial problem i don’t know.
i try to use Drone Factory Options and it’s work perfectly, the video is move. (i don’t want use Drone factory for seed raison)
But Completed Download Handling doesn’t work, no copy no hard link juste nothing. 
Your recent logs don’t show anything importing. How do you know it’s the same issue?

the download stay inside the activity menu with message
“Bones.S11E22.FiNAL.FRENCH.720p.HDTV.x264-SH0W Intermediate Download path inside drone factory, Skipping.”
i disable drone factory because il don’t want to move the video but create the link (for save the seed)
if i enable drone factory my video is move correctly, i don’t understand why download handling doesn’t work.

Anoher point i yse sonarr inside the container with multiple instance (i try to stop other, but no change), and eatch instance run with the specific user.
only admin user have the right to the sonarr directory (/opt/sonarr)
I see in the trace logs that the file has finished downloading and is seeding, but nothing indicating that Sonarr tried to import it.
What does is show in Activity: Queue in Sonarr? (What colour is the icon and what does the message say)?
Is the Drone Factory path still set? (Disabling it will still report the message above, it needs to be cleared or pointed elsewhere).
