Coming from SAB/Sick Beard - some confusion

This may be covered somewhere but I could not find it.

Right now I use an UNRAID server which has SickBeard and SAB on it. Currently Sickbeard pulls the NZB sends to SAB and then SAB runs SABtoSickBeard script for post processing.

My question is when using SAB + NZBDrove…do I still need scripts for post processing or does NZBDrone handle it? I undertand it as SAB has to send it back to the handler for handling othewise SAB will post process itself?

I am a bit confused.

For the record I am (if I sort this out) possibly moving from unraid to a straight windows machine (for ease of use)

Drone will send the nzb to SAB, then when SAB marks the download as complete, drone will see it finished and import it (assuming drone can access the path).

Drone uses the SAB api to see when the download is complete, which includes any post processing scripts, but no post processing scripts are required to tell drone a download is complete.

Tried it out and it worked as you said, with no additional scripts needed.

Perfect, thanks. Going to switch from SickBeard…but first I want to convert my unraid box to a Windows box (for ease of use reasons)
