If this exists already, I can’t find it. I’d like sonarr to automatically pick the torrent that has the most peers when selecting which file it tries to download.
If you do a manual search you will see by default the order in which Sonarr will try releases, which includes sorting by most seeders, not total peers.
Cool - thanks.
When trialing torrents to pull down old series, I’ve noticed it often selects stale torrents. In doing a manual search I note they seem to be ordered by AGE as opposed to seeds/peers… scanning down the list and manually selecting a lively torrent (especially easy as they are correctly colour-coded) then produces a successful download.
(this is on master branch btw)
I see how you can manually choose the best torrent, but how do you set the automatic search to give priority to the highest seeded torrent available?
You can’t, we’ll be looking at how we prioritize releases for processing in a later release.
I see. Thanks for the reply.
Came here for this topic. Same problem. When I let Sonarr pick the torrents, I get some old ones that have mabye 2-5 seeders. Manual search produces winners, just was looking to see if there was a way to set that parameter to only grab seeds with x plus seeds or something.
