Can't start Sonarr as says already running

I was changing to setup SSL in Sonarr and changed port 9898 in settings to 8989 so now when I try and start Sonarr it says that port is already in use. How can I fix this?

I managed to fix it by deleting the config and log files.

Still can’t set up SSL and have done everything it says here https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/SSL
