Sonarr version (exact version): Version 2.0.0.4146 Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):Mono Version 3.10.0 (mono-3.10.0-branch/ce003f4 Tue Nov 25 20:18:29 UTC 2014)
OS: Raspberry pi Raspbian ((Debug logs)) (posted to hastebin or similar): http://hastebin.com/atumopeciy.1c Description of issue:
I added a new show, SABnzbd d/l’d it fine. Sonarr doesn’t seem to be able to import it. I’ve tried the manual import a number of times and nothing happens. The dialog box just keeps running.
There’s another show I added recently. It handled the first 4 episodes just fine. The 5th I am also unable to import.
I’ve tested that Sonarr can communicate fine with SABnzbd
Could you enable ((trace logs)) and post those as well? For good measure restart Sonarr so everything things from SAB are reprocessed, a couple minutes of logs after restarting should be sufficient.
Both would cover more ground, so lets do that. Probably best as two logs, one for a couple minutes after restart and another for the manual import (after the first log so they don’t conflict).
Outlander.S02.The.Next.Chapter.720p.HDTV.x264-CROOKS 45c2b6bb877700428a59aeaa4421c4a279b53f16.mkv is rejected because its being detected as containing all the episodes in the season, it looks like a special, which can cause issues.
Thats the only one that stands out, but the logs have a series refresh and an RSS sync happening at the same time so they are cluttered and tough to read. Whats another release thats not importing?
I was in the process of running it a couple different ways and suddenly things started working again. Perhaps I rebooted the correct number of times…
I’m backing out all my troubleshooting changes. If the problem re-occurs I’ll let you know.
Thanks for your assistance
