Can't change monitoring status

Sonarr version: 3.0.3.703
Mono version: 6.8.0.105
OS: Ubuntu 18.04.4

Description of issue: Unable to change monitoring status on newest version of Sonarr V3. When clicking on the monitoring ribbon, it tries to do something but it goes back to the same status.

**Update: I managed to change the monitoring status using the mass editor.

Unable to change it from where, I’m not seeing issues with 3.0.3.706.
