Cant add supergirl show

Very strange. I cant add Supergirl. It finds it and says it is adding in the logs, but never does. I can add other shows, just not this one. This is what the log looks like when I try to add:

Adding Series [295759][Supergirl] Path: [F:\TV\Supergirl]

But then does nothing else and doesnt give an error and is not added.

No problem adding other shows.

Please enable debug logging, clear your log files and try adding it again, then post the logs to hastebin so we can take a look.
