Can't add series in thetvdb

Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):

Description of issue:

I am trying to add the series " Prince Charles: Inside the Duchy of Cornwall" which exists in thetvdb; having been last updated on 24th October.

I have tried searching by title, part of title and also using thetvdb id which is 371352 but nothing is found by Sonarr.

Any suggestions welcome.

It appears to be a cache issue that only ONE person in the world can fix. I also have a ticket open for a show that is not correct. Will just have to wait…
