I’ve been trying to add “Taken” (TVDB: 311892) today, but I’ve been unable to add it, or any other show.
Error:
There Was An Error Searching For ‘Taken’.
If the series title contains non-alphanumeric characters try removing them, otherwise try your search again later.
I’m assuming this is an issue, either with a backend at Sonarr, or TVDB, so I figured it best to post it here so it can be looked into. I was able to add something new the other day without any problems.
We’ll need some more information:
Sonarr version (exact version):
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS:
((Debug logs)):
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here)
I’m able to search for an add that series. You can also try adding using tvdb:311892 in the search field.
Ack, problem on my end. I looked at the logs and it appeared to not be reaching the servers; found out it was a DNS issue on my computer, which is now solved.
