Can't add new series/SkyHookProxy Issue

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5243
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.14.0.177
OS: Linux

Description of issue:
I can’t find/add new shows using “Add Series”. I keep getting:

"There Was An Error Searching For ‘A’.

If the series title contains non-alphanumeric characters try removing them, otherwise try your search again later."

No matter what combination of text I put in. This feature used to work before, not sure why it stopped working all of a sudden. I have rebooted the computer and router and I am still getting this issue. Looks like an issue with the SkyHookProxy.

Any chance you’re using pihole ?

I am, I tried whitelisting the following domains: services.sonarr.tv skyhook.sonarr.tv download.sonarr.tv apt.sonarr.tv forums.sonarr.tv

And then I tried disabling pihole completely. Neither worked.

Ok I figured it out: I added “skyhook.sonarr.tv” to “Addresses for the proxy to ignore” under Settings -> General -> Proxy Settings

i used the following in my pihole
pihole -w services.sonarr.tv skyhook.sonarr.tv download.sonarr.tv apt.sonarr.tv forums.sonarr.tv
didn’t need to change anything in Sonarr because i’m not using a proxy.
Are you using something else or a VPN or Proxy ?

Yeah I’m using a SOCKS5 proxy
