Can't add existing series on disk

This is with the latest develop version. Tried two seperate nzbdrone instances, both give an app.js : 18040 error message,

app.js : 18040
TypeError: ‘undefined’ is not an object
(Evaluating ‘obj_listenerid’)

No error shows in the log though, just a pop up window.
