I recently change the subnet of my network from 192.168.1.0/24 to 192.168.0.0/24 as my IPTV stream refused to work (long story, quite dull). Since then, despite checking everything IP wise has changed, i cannot access sonarr outside of the local host, I have confirmed that all the IP changes i have made are as they should be, along with testing with firewalls off and still nothing.
Oddly, it also wont work when browsing locally to the IP address (192.168.0.x:8989, rather than localhost:8989).
I have transmission, NXBGet and Couch Potato on the same machine, and they have all migrated perfectly, so i dont think it a basic IP setting (ie subnet/default gateway), I have run wireshark on both the server and client accessing it and it seems to show packets moving back and forth, i just have no idea how to interpret it past that.
Hi Markus,
sorry about the slow reply, ive had a death in the family so everything has taken a back seat for a while.
I had tried running as admin, could see the urlacl etc, wireshark could see packet movement but nothing was reaching sonarr even with no firewalls, I decided that the issue lay somewhere within the OS/Hypervisor and to just nuke and re-install everything from OS upwards as it seemed more immediate and less hassle all round. A full reinstall has unsurprisingly fixed this so this can be closed
Thanks for your help though
