Cannot load Sonarr after activating SSL, uninstalling/reinstalling

QNAP user here who was unable to find support in the QNAP forum. Searched the help/support forum, but was unable to find what looked like a match to my problem.

Here’s what happened and what I have tried to resolve the issue:

  1. Successfully installed QMono and QSonarr and was able to run Sonarr for some time.
  2. Found the SSL option, enabled it, and was no longer able to load the application via either SSL or non-SSL ports.
  3. Uninstalled and re-installed Sonarr, could not load Sonarr on either port.
  4. Uninstalled app, deleted all files (rm -rf /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/homes/admin/.config/NzbDrone ), reinstalled app and still could not load Sonarr on either port.

Appreciate any support and handholding (relatively new to Sonarr and linux commands) you can give.

Regards

Enabling SSL doesn’t disable the HTTP port, it should continue working.

Anything in the logs? They should be in: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/homes/admin/.config/NzbDrone/logs

Which version of mono is that?

That’s what I assumed, but I figured I was wrong after I could not get the web ui to load on either port.

I am running Sonarr version 2.0.0.3219
I have tried with Mono 3.10 and 4.01, attached log is with 3.10.

Far too much in the logs to paste here and the upload file doesn’t appear to support this file type. Let me know how to get it in this forum.

Use hastebin.com

Thanks!

Looks like a problem with the version of SQLite that’s on the system, it doesn’t support one of the methods Sonarr requires.

Issue closed. I reverted back to older versions of Sonarr and Mono and both work fine. I was able to update to a newer version of Sonarr via in-app update successfully.
