Cannot install update because startup folder 'C:\ProgramData\NzbDrone\bin' is not writable by the user 'SYSTEM'

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5134 - Jan 27 2018

OS: Win 10 Pro

Debug logs: Not yet available

Description of issue:

I’ve been getting the following error on occasion:

Cannot install update because startup folder ‘C:\ProgramData\NzbDrone\bin’ is not writable by the user ‘SYSTEM’.

I’ve checked the directory and user SYSTEM has full access, so just as a check, I made it so that user EVERYONE has full access to the entire NZBDrone directory and this error still pops up. What else could it be?

I’ve enabled Debug logs just now and will post them the next time this error shows up.

What if you stop the Sonarr service (nzbdrone) and Run NzbDrone.exe or NzbDrone.Console.exe?
SYSTEM should definitely have access, don’t think I’ve seen that before. Maybe a reinstall of Sonarr would help.
