Cannot install sonarr

I am trying to install sonarr on ubuntu 16.04. Here is where it stops:
greg@movies:~$ echo “deb http://apt.sonarr.tv/ master main” | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/sonarr.list
“deb http://apt.sonarr.tv/ master main”
greg@movies:~$ sudo apt update
E: Type ‘“deb’ is not known on line 1 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/sonarr.list

I read over some of the problems and the suggestion was to get rid of the sonarr.list file and run the echo again. I did that and got the same results. Apparently it wants to run deb which is no longer a command.

It also looks like “/sources.list.d/sonarr.list” should really be /sources.list.d/sonarr.list/dists/master/main?

getting this done little by little. I am now installing but it quit because there were no indexer which was strange because this is a clean install and I haven’t entered them. In case you ask here is a link to my broswer console: https://pastebin.com

I also have my old sonar data stuff (2 backup files) in zip files. Latest backup was last week. I went away for 4 days and when I got back the program had gone nuts and had something over 500 wanted files that were already there (and some other stuff as well which is why I am reinstalling and almost got it done)
