Can we specify our own folder instead of PROGRAM DATA on C:?

I do a lot of system restores using REFLECT and it would be easier to put the data off C: so I don’t lose it or have to manually backup each time.

Was already requested on Trello, but I don’t see us adding it unless there is a lot of support for it.
