I’m having a weird issue that I can’t seem to solve, partly because I’m not even sure where to start. I can only log in to my Sonarr install from one of my machines. Any other machine, whether it’s my phone, iPad, or anything else, I hit the login page, enter my username and password, and it just reloads to page. No errors, nothing. Just the login page. It does this from any browser I’ve tried.
Any ideas on where to start?
Sounds like the wrong password is being entered, the easiest place to start would be resetting it on the General Settings page from the browser that works.
I don’t think we log anything about the wrong password being wrong in the logs, but the network traffic in your browser (dev tools) would show the response from the server (F12 in Chrome will open them up).
Bit delayed, but I’m back with a response. So, I thought that I’d tried that in the past, and that the problem came back, but figured I’d give it a shot anyway, since it certainly couldn’t hurt.
Changed the password, worked for a while, but I’m back to only being able to log in from the one machine. Definitely am using the correct password, as I had LastPass generate and save the password.
