Calendar times listed incorrectly

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5228
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Win 10 v1709
Debug logs:
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here. Post in .txt not .doc, .rtf or some other formatted document)
Description of issue:

I am in a UTC -4 timezone that does not observe daylight savings time. All of the show times in the Sonarr calendar are off by an hour. My system time is correct. Is this a bug, a problem with the tv show database or something else?

Monday, Salvation airs at 9 pm. Elementary @ 10 pm

In Windows I have “automatically adjust for daylight savings time” set of OFF as my country does not observe daylight savings time.
