Calendar says episode is missing when it isn't?

Hello - I’ve recently set up Sonarr/SABNZBD/Plex on my system and all works fine except that in Sonarr’s calendar it looks like all the episodes it has successfully downloaded are actually ‘missing’, (‘missing from disk’). I know they’re there because on Plex I see can see them/view them, so I’m not sure why Sonarr thinks this.

From reading the forums there’s a few things I’ve checked - for post-processing, I have ‘completed download handling’ checked - it’s connecting with SAB with an API key and that’s set to categorise these files as ‘tv’, and they get put into a subfolder called ‘tv’ on an internal hard drive.

What else could I / should I be checking?

is this connected to another error I have where I get a message in the system health box saying ‘missing root folder’ (which points to an old drive I no longer have?) I tried the fixes for that in the forums and can not get it to change.

Is Sonarr actually moving the files? It sounds like something else is and Plex can see them but they aren’t in the series folder thats specified in Sonarr, so Sonarr treats them as missing.

Remove the old Root Folder from the Import Existing series modal (the same place it was added).
