Bulk modifying quality settings

When I added all my series, I erroneously chose the HD-720p setting thinking that meant a minimum and not wanting everything that was 720p re-downloaded as 1080p. Then I saw the HD-All setting.

So, I would like to change all the series from HD-720p to HD-All. Do I have to do them one at a time? Can I get into the database via the command line and change them there?

OS X, if it matters.

Series (at the top)/Series Editor is what you are looking for I think.
