I’m using TransmissionQT as my torrent client but the tracker im using is mostly rars. Can sonarr automatically sense that these are rar files and unrar them for me?
If I manually unrar to the folder it downloaded to Sonarr moves it and everything works fine but its annoying having to do this.
If sonarr can’t do it, is there something I can run in transmissionQT or a service that I can run that will watch the folder to unrar anything that it sees in there?

You should be able to launch a script from transmission to unpack into the same folder. Is called run script when torrent is finished, is in transmission daemon so I assume is also in qt.
With CDH enabled Sonarr will scan the folder looking for the video file and copy or hardlink it.
I use another script that is launched by Sonarr to delete the original unpacked video file once is imported to final destination.
