Automatic updates not working (Mac)

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.1.363
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.16.0.220
OS: OS X 10.14.5
Debug logs: Error occurred while executing task ApplicationUpdate: /var/folders/xv/4c5cy9w13gq9kbzvn142dkm80000gn/T/sonarr_update/ already exists.
Description of issue: Automatic update has not been working for months, and I cannot find how to correct this issue.

I have been experiencing a failed update for a couple of months with Sonarr. I would be most grateful for any assistance in resolving this issue.

Please post the full debug log that leads to that error (and afterwards).
