Automatic Downloads Not Working

Version: 2.0.0.5338
Mono Version: 6.8.0.105
CentOS 7

I have been running Sonarr for a number of months now, everything was working perfectly. My server crashed recently and there I had to rebuild my setup. I used this guide to complete my installation, both on the original server and new server. Since the rebuild TV Shows are not downloaded automatically, even though they are in the calendar. If I select the show and click on Automatic Search, the download completes without issue. So it seems that everything is in place for it to work, but something is missing which is stopping the automatic process from running.

This is first issue with using Sonarr and only signed up to post this. I also work within IT and know very well that logs are the key, so have switched over to DEBUG level output. Here’s extract from the latest log around the time one of the TV Shows should have been downloaded. Is this enough information or do I need to switch on TRACE level output?

Thanks in advance, although I’ve searched and found a few posts regarding this issue. None have provided any answers.

Your log cuts off before it indicates whether it was accepted or rejected and before Sonarr sorts and grabs accepted releases.

You’ll need to upload the full debug log and link it here (as requested in the template), trace logs are likely unnecessary.

Here is the full logfile.

Thanks for your help.

For the case of DCs.Legends.of.Tomorrow.S05E07.HDTV.x264-SVA it’s because it’s not monitored:

20-3-11 02:29:39.2|Debug|MonitoredEpisodeSpecification|Episode is not monitored. Rejecting, which is the only rejection reason in this case:
20-3-11 02:29:39.2|Debug|DownloadDecisionMaker|Release rejected for the following reasons: [Permanent] Episode is not monitored

But according to the GUI it’s monitored as you can see.

But is that individual episode and/or season monitored? (Bookmark kind of icon in front of the episode and season)

The season is monitored, but as Thirrian said each episode underneath can be as well, anything you want needs to have both the series and episode monitored.

Well that was simple in the end. Although not overly obvious, but problem resolved.

What I think happened was when I rebuilt my server I set the TV Shows to not monitored, where as I should have left them as monitored. So when I changed them to back to being monitored I didn’t realise I had to update each season as well.
