Automatic download of monitored episodes

I have been using Sonarr for a week and think its great.

I have found however, that for episodes that I already have, but not in my cutoff which is 1080P bluray, the automatic download is not replacing the files. For example, I have 720P version of XFiles Season 1, the 1080P Bluray versions are now on usenet but its not automatically downloading them.

I have manually set the entire series to monitored, and if I select the “Search For Monitored Episodes” button manually it goes out and successfully finds the NZBs.

How can I automate this process, so that my entire library is monitored and files activaly replaced if they reach the 1080P profile cutoff I have set?
