Perhaps I’m missing something, but I see quite a few episodes that come in with an error such as “No files found are eligible for import in xxx” in my Sonarr queue.
Is it possible for Sonarr to automatically remove it from my download client and blacklist the download and then try another? Right now I have to manually remove it and blacklist or it never seems to leave my queue, and thus never redownloads a version it can import.
Unless it actually fails you need to deal with this case manually, it might be unable to import due to it being RARed content or something else, this case will need to be dealt with manually.
Thanks for the answer, I searched quite a bit for an “automatic” way to handle failed imports. Maybe I should consider a post process script on the SAB side to mark the download as failed if it doesn’t find a playable video file.
Please still consider adding a feature to let Sonarr automatically “Remove from download client and blacklist upon failed import”. I’d rather Sonarr try a few downloads during the day automatically to find a playable video instead of me having to log in and figure out what went wrong at the end of the day when I’m about to try watching things.
Thanks again for the quick reply and the great product.
