btw Hwarang and Oh my Geum Bi also dont have absolute numbering yet but they worked

The release name doesnt use airdate numbers though,
Hwarang E08 720p NEXT
Oh My Geum Bi E16 END 720p NEXT

Running Man has airdate numbers but also has absolute numbering in thetvdb
Running Man E333 170108 720p NEXT

So… probably for releases with airdate numbers it needs thetvdb absolute numbering?

If so… probably also a good idea to have an option to set Seasonal numbering = absolute numbering?

this one doesn’t use aired date as release name,
no absolute numbering,
tvshow name already same, yet it doesn’t work

We need to see the logs from an RSS Sync that actually contains that items your logs show a failed search (no surprise) and a refresh of the series.

I searched “weekly idol” through all log files…
i dont have E285 and E286 yet in my library, don’t see where it fails, yet it still doesn’t work
(E286 was released 12 hours ago in avistaz)

Only lines containing the title won’t help completely as there are lines that are relevant that don’t contain the title.

We need the full logs from one of those RSS Syncs that had it.

If the logs cover the time when it was posted then it should.

You can’t run an RSS Sync for one show, that’s not how it works.

Sonarr today skips several golden pouch episodes… (e45 e46 e47 e48) they were released almost the same time in avistaz… which is odd because after that sonarr grabs e49 correctly…

Do the logs cover the time when it was on the RSS feed? (Do you see the release you’re expecting to be grabbed in the log files?)

Umm you said looking for the tvshow name isn’t enough… so what exactly should i be looking for here? there are over a hundred of trace log files last time i checked…

Well finding out which files the release name you’re looking for is in would be the first step. Sonarr keeps 50 debug/trace log files, so manually yes it’s a lot to look through, but once you know which files to look in it’s a lot easier. What’s the exact release name you expected Sonarr to grab.

Sonarr skips some episodes again… but i think i misssed the logs… will look into it next time
