API calls to NZB indexes

Hi there,

I’m wondering where I could read up on how and when NZBDrone performs API calls? Not looking for code, just want to understand the logic. I am with NZBPlanet right now and the free level is limited to 10 API calls per day.

Also I was wondering if there was a way to perform a manual search for an entire series, rather than just for a single episode?
