When I click on a show it didn’t go anywhere and I noticed my url looks like
192.168.x.x/series/http://trakt.tv/shows/show-name
is this happening for anyone else?

If you haven’t updated Sonarr and refreshed your series then you will have this issue, see Sonarr - Now with TVDB for more details
