I’m looking into crossing over from sickbeard, mainly because it doesn’t handle American Dad well.
I was under the impression ND looks at thexem automatically.
I have only added american dad so far, but it doesn’t work.
In the episode lists, it still goes to season 10 (same as TVDB), which would indicate that it follows the order of TVDB. This is fine by me, as long as it knows that episode S10E07 in its list translates to S09E07 on usenet. But unfortunately, that doesn’t seem like the case.
I had it auto download season 9 and 10. It didn’t find any episodes for season 10 (it doesn’t exist in the scene), but downloaded season 9 episodes as season 9 instead of season 8.
So looks like it’s going to TVDB instead of thexem.
Of course, it didn’t find any episodes of season 10, and only found up to episode 7 of season 9 (because that’s what’s available on usenet, per scene naming).
It downloaded, and sorted S09E07. It sorted it as S09E07, instead of S10E07. So it behaves exactly as sickbeard.
I was under the impression that when searching for season 10, it would get translated by XEM to look for season 9 episodes, and when they get parsed, they would get saved as season 10 episodes. This clearly isn’t working.
It looks like your drone has cached an invalid copy of the Xem mapped series. To resolve you can restart drone and then update American Dad, then it should map the scene numbering from Xem properly.
What do you mean? It doesn’t create metadata files for XBMC or other systems, but it does use trakt for metadata information about series and episodes.
