Always Get "There Was An Error Searching for 'insert show here'"

For some reason I seem to always get this error at least the first few times. Then after submitting the entry again and again it’ll finally come through.

Any reason as to why this may be?

When trying to add a new series?

Could be issues with TheTVDB. Log files of the issue would help.

Here’s just a little snippet. I can upload the whole log if necessary:

Looks like there was a connection problem with TheTVDB’s API.

Makes sense as to why it’s intermittent. But this problem always exist. Is this a known issue?

The fact that their API has issues sometimes? Yes its pretty well known.
