All files download as MKV

Hi everyone,
I have been using Sonarr for 2 years or so and it worked perfect
till 1 or 2 weeks, now all are downloading as MKV files, can someone
tell me what changed and how to fix it to get MP4 format? Thank in advance.

Yeah i notice the change too which doesn’t seem to affect quality matching with sonarr
