I’m checking out the new version since it now has Linux support. Sickbeard has an option to run additional custom scripts after the regular post processing.

Is there anything like that for NZBDrone?
Wasn’t aware they had that feature, but, no, we don’t currently have that feature. Its on our large feature request list though: https://trello.com/c/mCJyYeZl/122-custom-notifications-similar-to-sab-post-processing-scripts
Ok, I didn’t think so. I guess that leads to another question then. The reason I used a custom script was when Sickbeard upgraded/replaced an episode (eg. 720p web-dl to 1080p bluray) it would notify XBMC but XBMC is unable to treat it as an update. It can only remove the old record and add the new record instead of updating the old record. So all the information associated with it such as bookmarks, watched status, date added, are all lost. So I wrote a custom script that would interact with XBMC to correct this. There isn’t something like this in NZBDrone is there? I doubt there is but I just thought I’d ask.
Actually, I think that would be a huge win to have that functionality native in drone.
Would love to see what you’ve come up with and see if we could incorporate it into drone.
sure. I’ll send you a PM.
