I have my drone factory path set to /Complete/tv and beneath that I have all my show folders. What I have been doing is every time I want to add a show I create a folder manually under tv and then point NZBDrone to it each time I add a show. Is there a way to have NZBDrone create that folder for me automatically? Currently when I try to add it from the web interface, it says that directory does not exist (because I have not manually created it).

If you add a new series drone will create the folder when there is an episode to import, if you want it to be created when the series is added (or drone detects its missing), enable Create empty series folders (advanced setting on Media Management settings). How are you adding a show and getting that error?
You should also never set your drone factory folder to the root folder for your shows, it can have unpredictable results, including loss of data (there are a number of checks to prevent that, but its not bulletproof). Ok. Great. However I am still a bit confused. When things get sent to Sab they get tagged with the tv catagory. That then puts them in the tv folder when its complete. That is also my drone folder. Should I not be putting tv catagories on my tv shows? I R KONFUSED.

My understanding is that you have all your shows under that folder, ie: /Complete/tv/Series Title 1 or /Complete/tv/Series Title 2 making your root folder /Complete/tv as well as your drone factory folder, if thats the case then you should change it and have SAB drop files off in another location or move your TV shows. If thats not the case, then its not an issue.

No, SAB and Drone factory folder need to be the same path.
Your description says your shows (final sorted directory) is /Complete/tv/series1 etc, is that correct?
Yes, that is correct. When Sab pulls a show it puts it into /Complete/tv. I set that as the drone factory location. However, every time I add a show I have to manually create a folder underneath /tv. For example, /Complete/tv/Sherlock. Then when I add the show I have to tell NZBDrone to point to the path I just created. Then Sab puts the files into /tv and NZBDrone moves them to the path that I defined when I added the show. I tried when adding a show to just set it to /Complete/tv but it tells me that I cannot use that path as that is my drone factory path. What am I missing?
Heed the warning, as I’ve mentioned multiple times now, do not put your shows inside the same folder as your drone factory folder.
You can either move your sorted video files to another location or have Sab put your unsorted video files in another location (/Complete/unsorted_tv) and then point the drone factory folder at the same folder.
