Adding additional storage causes Kodi scan to only check old directory

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.3953
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.2.1 (Stable 4.2.1.102/6dd2d0d Thu Nov 12 09:52:44 UTC 2015)
OS: Ubuntu 14.04.4
Debug logs (posted to hastebin or similar):
Description of issue (if you think you’ve found a bug please include steps to reproduce):
Setup: Have a series added with some content complete. (/media/complete/TV/Simpsons) And have Sonarr update Kodi library on download & rename.

Update series path to point to new location. (/newMedia/complete/TV/Simpsons)
When new content is downloaded Kodi only scans original directory (/media/complete/TV/Simpsons) resulting in skipping due to no change.

Unfortunately Kodi returns only one path for the series, which Sonarr updates. Not sure if this has been improved at all in v16 of Kodi, but that was the state for v15.

So maybe a feature request of adding support for an option of doing a full library update?

An option to always do a full update when Sonarr ask Kodi to update?

Exactly. I know Couchpotato has an option for it. Obviously this isn’t the greatest method, especially with lots of episodes downloading in one evening, but could be useful in dire situations.
