can you please add arabic Language to Language Profiles!,
I’m not talking about adding arabic to the metadata!! i know the tvdb does not support arabic Language and they will not support it in the future as they Said.
I’m talking about adding arabic Language to sonarr to be able to find episodes in arabic by Identifying the words (Arabic, ar, ara),

and If possible to add TMDB As an option Instead of tvdb that would be amazing!!, so can i download arabic tv shows since TMDB support arabic
