At the system -> status -> Disk space view, I have currently two locations; / & /boot.
I have a externel hdd auto mounted @ /media/extHdd but it is not showing up in the disk space view, is it possible to add it?
Depends how the OS reports it and whether or not Sonarr is aware of it (has any files stored on it).
It is auto mounted with /etc/fstab and it’s has multiple series downloaded on it. So I find it weird it’s not showing up.
What type of file system is it? We have seen issues with some file systems and how mono tries to load them (ZFS comes to mind).
ntfs using ntfs-3g, when I import series, than Sonarr detects left over disk space fine.
