Add max api call/download allowed for newznab provider

Hi,

Could you add a parameter with the max api call and another for download allowed by day for an newznab provider ?
Each search increment api call counter of provider and when there is no call available for the day, nzbdrone pass to next provider ?

I thinks it could be a great settings for check api usage or accelerate search (dont use indexer if no call available).
What do you think ?

Since other services could be using API calls doing this doesn’t really work and drone would need to know when the count is reset, which adds needless complexity. You’re better off having two solid indexers with nearly unlimited API calls.
