Add by ID not working

Dear community,

When I try to add a specif new serie “Nederland van Boven” Sonarr complains the series could not be found, although it does exist in tvdb. I tried searching on title and ID, both are not working. Am I overlooking something?

i think it needs to have an english in language to be added successfully
