Activity Queue fails to import

Hi all - long time Sonarr user with NZBGet.

I have noticed that my queue has now started to fill up and importing the downloaded files is failing.

a quick overview of my setup is sonarr ends to nzbget, nzbget sorts and renames, moves, deletes files. I am happy to change to Drone to do the sorting but would need information on how to.

The error im getting is in the “queue” of sonar.

Downloaded
Show.Name.S0XE0X.720p.HDTV.X264
No files found are eligible for import in /Volumes/Drobo/TV_Shows/Show.Name.S0XE0X.720p.HDTV.X264-DIMENSION

I try and do manual or automatic import but both fail as the file doesnt exist in the above location (which is true). my structure where the file is, is: /Volumes/Drobo/TV_Shows/Show Name/Season 0X/Show Name - S0XE0X.mkv

This doesnt effect anything else outside of Sonarr’s queue, the file does download and get moved appropriately. Its just the update back to Sonar isnt working.

Thanks

The issue is nzbget doing the sorting.

Make sure Completed Download Handling is enabled in Sonarr and Sonarr will automatically move the files as long as it has read and write access to the source and destination files.

Thanks for the reply,
have just checked under Settings > Download Client, that Completed Download Handling is enabled. Remove is also set at yes.

You’ll also need to disable the sorting in nzbget.

Thanks - isnt the disabling sorting in NZBGet going to cause issues with the downloaded files not extracting and being moved into the correct location on my drive?

You’ll still need nzbget to extract the files, but extracting and sorting are different.

Sonarr will move the files.
