Access sonarr from outside network using domain name

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5344
OS: windows 10
Description of issue:

When I used my external IP address it works.
When I use the domain name it does not work.

I know the domain name points to the correct external address. (ping domain returns correct IP)
Radarr has the same problem.
Sabnzbd however works fine using either domain name or IP address.

Any ideas?

I have found out that when I use the Edge browser, it works.
It’s an issue with Chrome.
