Ability to change configuration directory location (freebsd)

Hi guys would it be possible to facilitate the ability to move the .config directory from the default /?

I’m running freebsd 10.2 with ZFS, booting from a lightweight USB RAID config. I had previously configured Sonarr with a symbolic link to a different config directory however I noticed that after reinstalling it via pkg this configuration no longer works.

I would be great to be able to set the configuration directory within Sonarr either via a configuration file or the web interface.

Apologies if this has been addressed, I couldn’t seem to find it as an existing feature request

Nothing has changed that would impact this, there should be nothing preventing you from doing it this way.

That would be impossible, Sonarr would need to know where to look to find the configuration file.

You can use the unsupported --data=\path\to\config switch, unsupported because it hasn’t been tested in all scenarios.
