It would be very helpful to have a way to include restrictions for each profile or have a way to apply a set of restrictions to certain profiles. I realize there is the option to include tags at the moment but it is a bit cumbersome to apply to a large number of series.
Simply put I would like to have the ability to choose between h.264 and h.265 based on the profile.
We plan to improve linking tags to multiple series, but have no plans to link profiles and restrictions directly or via tags.
Perhaps I should just create a tag called “h265” and apply it to all the series that I would like to be grabbed as h.265 using a restriction rule using that same tag. I suppose I need to play around with the tag system a little more.
